The information we collect is used exclusively for:

• License Activation — Verifying your license key is valid and active
• License Management — Allowing you to deactivate and reactivate on different devices
• Support — Helping you resolve activation issues when you contact us

💾 Data Storage & Security

• License verification data is stored on our secure license server at licenseserver.online
• All API communication uses HTTPS encryption
• Your business data (invoices, customers, products) is stored only on your device
• We do not store or have access to your business data
• License data is retained as long as your license is active

🌐 Third-Party Services

Smart Billing uses the following third-party services:

• Cloud Sprint License Server (licenseserver.online) — For license activation and validation only
• QR Server API (api.qrserver.com) — For generating QR codes on invoices. No personal data is sent.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Firebase, or any advertising SDKs.

🚫 Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with:

• Advertisers or marketing companies
• Data brokers
• Social media platforms
• Any third parties for commercial purposes

• Device damage, loss, or theft

• Delete — Request deletion of your license data (note: this will deactivate your license)

• Deactivate — Deactivate your license from within the app at any time

Smart Billing is a business management application intended for use by adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
