Smart Billing ("the App") is developed and maintained by Cloud Sprint. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency and care.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

• Email Address — Used solely for license verification and activation
• Device ID — A unique anonymous identifier generated on your device, used to associate your license with your device
• License Key — The key you enter to activate the app
• App Version — Used for compatibility and support purposes

We do NOT collect:

• Your billing or invoice data (stored locally on your device only)
• Customer names, phone numbers, or addresses you enter in the app
• Financial or payment information
• Location data
• Photos or media
• Contacts or call logs

🔐 How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively for:

• License Activation — Verifying your license key is valid and active
• License Management — Allowing you to deactivate and reactivate on different devices
• Support — Helping you resolve activation issues when you contact us

💾 Data Storage & Security

• License verification data is stored on our secure license server at licenseserver.online
• All API communication uses HTTPS encryption
• Your business data (invoices, customers, products) is stored only on your device
• We do not store or have access to your business data
• License data is retained as long as your license is active

🌐 Third-Party Services

Smart Billing uses the following third-party services:

• Cloud Sprint License Server (licenseserver.online) — For license activation and validation only

QR codes on invoices are generated entirely on your device using a built-in code library — no external QR service is contacted and no data is sent anywhere for this feature.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Firebase, or any advertising SDKs.

🚫 Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with:

• Advertisers or marketing companies
• Data brokers
• Social media platforms
• Any third parties for commercial purposes

We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

⚠️ Data Loss Disclaimer

Smart Billing stores your business data locally on your device. Cloud Sprint is not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to:

• Device damage, loss, or theft
• Accidental deletion of the app or its data
• Operating system updates or resets
• Hardware failures

You have the right to:

• Access — Request what personal data we hold about you
• Delete — Request deletion of your license data (note: this will deactivate your license)
• Correct — Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deactivate — Deactivate your license from within the app at any time

If you'd like us to delete the personal data associated with your Smart Billing license (your email address and device ID), you can request this at any time.

This applies to the Smart Billing app, published by Chaitanya Kumar G (Cloud Sprint).

What gets deleted:

• Your email address on record with our license server
• Your device ID binding
• Your license activation history

Smart Billing is a business management application intended for use by adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
